Millersburg, Illinois is an Unincorporated Community of Mercer County, Illinois located 6 miles NE of Joy and 6.5 miles NW of Aledo, Illinois, on County Road 13. Millersburg is named after George Abraham Miller who, with several families, settled in Mercer County, Illinois on the Edwards River in 1834.
